Welcome to the Gourmet Dining catering at NJCU!
Most of our customers know us as caterers in the food service business. We can cater any event for you: large or small, traditional or eccentric, on a budget or for an extravagant occasion.
All catering events are booked through Gourmet Dining’s eCater application. To access NJCU’s eCater, please click here: http://njcu.e-cater.com/
Once you’ve logged into eCater, you may view the menu online. If you would like to print from there, you can do so. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, or if you are placing an order for a special event, please feel free to give us a call and we can customize a menu to meet your preferences.
